CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2013
 
APPEARANCE:   A dense, inky crimson.
AROMA:  Blackcurrant, spice and tobacco with hints of mint.
PALATE:  Briary red and black fruits with rich complex mid palate of spice, chocolate and soft tannin leading to a long toasty finish.
 
CELLARING:  This wine is not filtered and will improve for 15 years  with careful cellaring.
