APPEARANCE:  A pale straw colour with youthful green tinges.
AROMA: Vibrant aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and more tropical fruits are supported by typical cool climate flinty herbaceous notes.
PALATE:  A crisp, seamless palate displaying citrus and pineapple with a spicy grapefruit mid palate with hints of more tropical fruits leading to a long fine finish.
